Nicholas Ditto is a transformational school leader who is dedicated to ensuring all students’ success. For over 10 years, he has served as a teacher, an instructional coach, and most recently, the founding principal of IDEA Rise College Prep.
Under his leadership, the school received an "A" rating from TEA and had over 70% of students meeting grade level standards compared to an average of 20% at the surrounding middle schools. During the 22-23 school year, IDEA Rise College Prep was one of the highest achieving middle schools in the City of Fort Worth and recognized as a “Best Middle School” from US News & World Report.
Nicholas is currently a BES fellow and the founder of Fort Worth STEAM Academy.
