Collections Representative (Late Stage) - Fort Worth
EECU is looking for a Collections Representative (Account Resolutions Representative) that will negotiate payment arrangements, workouts, and credit counseling as appropriate to assist members with their financial obligations. Have experience in automobile, mortgage, unsecured debt, and credit card portfolio accounts. Key responsibilities for this position will be to collect late stage (90+ days past due) delinquent accounts on all delinquency accounts including charge off accounts. Conduct skip tracing
