Supervisor- Economic Advancement for Refugee and Immigrants (EARI)
What will you be doing?
Use the Leadership, Management & Accountability Framework
You will use the Leadership, Management & Accountability framework for the Economic Advancement for Immigrants & Refugees (EARI) program. This will result in knowledgeable and engaged staff members who are able to provide Education pathways services to clients in the program.
Maintain a Client Caseload
You will maintain a client caseload (of 50% of the CM: Client ratio) by providing education pathways services through comprehensive intake, assessment, service planning, coaching, orientation, and other necessary services to meet the unique needs of each case.
You will monitor services to ensure that all EARI clients receive necessary services and support. You will also ensure staff are given the tools, training, supervision, and resources to facilitate clients’ pathways out of poverty.
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.
