What will you be doing?
Cultivate and Engage People
You will cultivate and engage people: You will be a go-to connector for the agency, using your natural relational skills to really get to know what makes someone tick, where their interests lie, and how best to organically create a path for their involvement at CCFW. You will be running social algorithms to create “aha moments” for the perfect donor opportunities – from outside of the box volunteer opportunities to the perfect project for an individual to invest in.
Learn and Implement the proven Benevon® Fundraising Model.
You will learn and implement the proven Benevon® fundraising model. You’ll take what’s great and find ways to personalize it with your own spin to create success. We’ll give you a backbone of events and opportunities to pull from, and you’ll create connections and community around it. You’ll self-start to make things happen.
Raise Money to End Poverty:
You will raise money to end poverty. This is where the rubber meets the road! You’ll commit to attaining your target goals without excuse. You won’t mistake a “no” now, for a “never.” You will put into action the plan you have charted out and find high reward ways to enrich donor’s lives, get critical funding needed to end poverty in our community, and do so in a way that you are confident will nearly always result in a YES. You will have your own goal to be accountable to, and you will not stop until you get there.
This position is located in Wichita Falls, TX. Normal office hours are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings and weekends depending on special events. Currently, this position will mostly work remotely from home due to the current health crisis; however, staff may return to the office at any point.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our staff members can participate in a retirement plan with a generous dollar for dollar, up to 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity/critical illness leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment.
