What will you be doing?
Identify Client Specific Needs
You will identify client specific needs and respond to crisis as needed to meet immediate mental health needs.
Provide Needed Therapy
You will provide needed therapy and therapeutic education including individual, family, couple, and group therapy to all ages.
Develop Treatment Plans
You will assist clients in developing treatment plans that help improve client’s level of cognitive functioning and attain elevated quality of life.
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work at various locations as well as various hours and weekends, as events and meetings warrant.

Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity/critical illness leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $50,000-$55,000 based on skills and experience.
