Client Navigator-Refugee Services
What will you be doing?
Maintain a Client a Caseload
You will maintain a client caseload by providing poverty solving services through comprehensive intake, assessment, service planning, coaching, orientation, and other necessary services to meet the unique needs of each case.
Ensure professional service delivery
You will ensure professional service delivery by working in collaboration with the Manager and other internal and external partners to provide timely case management, documentation and communication with clients and client resources.
Monitor and Evaluate Client Progress
You will monitor and evaluate client progress by developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating individualized service plans with each client towards set goals and adjusts plans as necessary with clients.
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and occasional weekends.

Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time position with an hourly range of $16.00-$17.00 based on skills and experience.
