What will you be doing?

Engage and Build Rapport

You will engage and build rapport with clients in a way that helps them feel comfortable in sharing their personal and financial information.

Connects Clients to Resources

You will connect clients to resources that will assist them in removing barriers while helping them build a network of supports, set priorities, and develop action plans to improve financial resiliency.

Provide Coaching

You will provide coaching to improve client self-awareness, client financial knowledge and skills, and positive financial behaviors.



Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various, depending on current program needs.



Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity/critical illness leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly range of $19.50-$21.50 based on skills and experience.
