Indirect Lending Manager-Operations (Fort Worth)

The Indirect Auto Lending Program has 250+ Indirect Auto Dealerships and originate over $800 million in loans annually. EECU is looking for an Indirect Lending Manager-Operations. A primary responsibility of the Indirect Lending Manager- Operations is to engage in analysis, design, enhancements, and implementation of the Indirect Origination System.
Key responsibilities for the Indirect Lending Manager-Operations:
Evaluate indirect LOS performance and identify operational deficiencies and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness.
Implements and monitors necessary reports to ensure production and quality goals are achieved, while also providing operational efficiencies to the management team.
The Lending Manager will oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Indirect Lending Origination System by:
- Maintaining LOS system
- Meeting with leadership/BSA/BA to define business needs
- Accurately translating business requirements into system functionality
- Performing project management
Complete the following system administrator functions on the Indirect Lending LOS platform:
- Modifying Underwriter/Funding/Audit screen layouts for current business needs
- Adding/Deleting Indirect Lending User(s)
- Updating all security group permissions, when applicable
- Adding new dealerships and setting up proper dealer participation accordingly
- Updating dealerships statuses as needed
Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:
Ø Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a Financial Institution
Ø Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, and 2 years of experience in program analysis and design.
Ø Must have Indirect Auto Lending experience
Ø Credit Union or Financial background, as well as a compliance background
Ø Must be extremely detailed and have excellent time management skills
Ø Ability to deliver project commitments, document all phases of the development life cycle, and ensure in compliance with business specifications
Ø Must be able to face performance problems and make difficult decisions to find solutions
Ø Able to handle a fast-paced environment with high loan volume that must be processed daily
Ø Proficiency in Excel & interpersonal skills
Ø College Degree preferred with concentration in either Management, Finance, Computer and/or Information Technology but not required
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg. B, Reg. Z, Reg. DD, Reg. E, Reg. CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
