She previously held executive-level positions in the financial services and public sectors, playing a leading role in fostering a positive culture and garnering organizational recognition. Suzan holds a BS in Business Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M School of Law. In addition to serving as a SCORE mentor, she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Coach Federation, and the American Bar Association.
