14th Annual Alliance Small Business Procurement Fair

We are back for The 14th annual Alliance Texas at the Grapevine Convention Center. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 includes the Trade Show, Matchmaking Meetings and Continental Breakfast. LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED, but may be pre-ordered during registration for $15 each. 

Early Bird: $99.00 per person through March 18. 
Standard Registration: $150.00 per person through April 22 
Late Registration: $195.00 per person after April 22. 
Exhibitor Booths: $400; $495 after March 18; Government/Non-Profit $300 ($395 after March 18) (includes 2 attendee registrations.)

Why is this event so important to your business?
DO NOT EXPECT TO WIN A CONTRACT ON-SITE. Ask pertinent questions and find out what that agency or contractor is looking for and what you need to do to qualify.
A primary challenge for business is to be aware of current regulations and guidelines. This conference provides opportunities to meet buyers and contracting officers from major military bases, the surrounding states and large companies to discuss business opportunities. Educational sessions will provide current information on emerging new standards and provide you with the tools to bid and contract successfully, gain valuable information and share success stories.

What is the format for the day?
 
The MatchMaking area, trade show area and general session are all located in the same area.
  • MATCHMAKING MEETINGS: Pre-Registered Attendees and Small Business exhibitors will be able to schedule their own meetings with prime contractors and government agencies beginning in March.
TRADE SHOW: Because of space restrictions, a limited number of table top spaces are available for this event.
