\n\n \n Did you know that the name of your LLC or Corporation must comply with the rules of your State'\;s Corporation filing division of the Secretary of State'\;s office? \; Here'\;s some things to consider. \; \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Your business name cannot be the same as the name of another LLC or Corporation on file.
\n - It must end with an LLC\, Corporation\, Inc.\, etc.
\n - It cannot include certain words prohibited by the State\, such as bank\, insurance\, trademark\, Corporation or City (State rules differ on which words are prohibited).

Additionally\, we will talk about legalities and liabilities of a DBA (Doing Business As)\, Corporation/LLC\, and Partnerships.
