Appointments are not required but requested for mammograms and well woman exams. Mammograms (40 yrs and older) * Well Woman Exams (18 yrs and older) * Take Home Colon Cancer Test Kits (45 yrs and older) PSA screening (40 yrs and older) Blood pressure check Diabetes Screening Full lipid panel Genetic testing *To make an appointment for THR call: 1-855-318-7696 Schedule a screening appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Walk-ups are also welcome.
