Free Screenings:   Mammograms (40 yrs and older) *   Well Woman Exams (18 yrs and older) *   Take Home Colon Cancer Test Kits (45 yrs and older)   PSA screening (40 yrs and older)   Blood pressure check   Diabetes Screening   Full lipid panel   Genetic testing *Appointments are not required but requested. To make an appointment for Moncrief Mobile Health Unit call:817-288-9553. Schedule a screening appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Walk-ups are also welcome!
